Our brandnew FS-3600 is a further development of the extremely successful F3000. Our designers particularly emphasized hygienic aspects as well as simplicity of operation and a fast tool change.

Cutting half lemon, orange, and lime slices. Easily with FOODCONS slice and wedging machines
For the southern European market we developed a new slicing knife set for cutting half slices of e.g. lemons, oranges, and limes in one working step. This halving slice set can be used on our handcutters, our semi automatic slicing and wedging machine F2000 as well as on our automatic high speed slicer F3000. During the development we focused on a high cut quality, which we already serve with normal slices. Cutting half slices will mostly be important for cocktail bars, restaurants etc. Ask for quote
